There are seemingly unending needs that people have.  Jesus established that truth when he said in Hebrews 13:16, "And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."    We have dedicated a certain portion of our financial and human resources toward helping those who have fallen on hard times.  God demonstrates throughout scriptures that He has a tender heart for the less fortunate.  Therefore, we too want to do everything possible to help those in need.

Our aim is to help people to help themselves and not to create an unnecessary and unhealthy legacy of dependency on RCC.  We want the people we help to ultimately be among those who are also helpers of those in need, as they take hold of the word of God and experience his faithful blessings.
